We want to make it an easy and simple process booking your Wedding Hair and Makeup with us. This page will guide you through the process below from start to finish...
ENQUIRE
Firstly please enquire through the Contact Form with your wedding details to check availability. Providing your date is available I will then put a quote and booking form together for you and email over. During busier periods these sometimes take a few days to put together and get sent over to you.
QUOTE
To enable me to put a full quote together I will need the following details:
- Name, Address, Email Address and Telephone Number.
- Wedding Date, Wedding Commencement Time/ Time of Arrival of Cars, Wedding Venue/ Location for Getting Ready.
- Services Required i.e. Hair and Makeup or either/ or and for how many.
Once completed your quote will detail everything you need to know, from stylist arrival time on the day to estimated trial date, total amount payable to deposit needed to secure the booking.
YOUR TRIAL
Once you are happy with the quote, a Save the Date Deposit will be taken (£25) and a date for your trial will then be booked in. We will take inspiration from any pictures or mood boards you show us whilst adding our own creative touch to any styles to try. Ideas will be shared via email around your required style beforehand. Travel to your home can be arranged for your trial if necessary however there will be an extra charge for this. Upon completion of the trial we will take the remainder of your deposit (detailed on your booking form) to secure your booking.)
YOUR WEDDING DAY
Between two to four weeks before 'the big day' I will put together your schedule of running by liaising with yourself and your bridal party. This is ensures that everyone knows where they need to be at the right time and that everything runs to schedule. We will arrive at the estimated arrival time (which is always at least 15 minutes before start time) or just before. Plenty of time will be allocated to ensure that your time getting ready is as relaxed and pleasurable as possible. We will recreate the styles to Wedding Day Excellence as practiced in the trial. Any extra/ change of ideas on the day can be incorporated with ease ensuring that you feel absolutely amazing on the day!! Payment is taken by BACS up to 24 hours beforehand or cash on the day.
